Our 16‑Step Hand‑Blowing Process
Raw material preparation
Melt - The raw materials are mixed and melted in a furnace at approximately 1500°C, forming a homogeneous molten glass with consistent quality and clarity.
Gathering – molten glass is collected from the furnace
Parison blowing – initial bubble is formed
Mold blowing – glass is blown into final shape
Annealing – internal stress is eliminated
Cracking off – remove the excess glass (cap)
Rim grinding – rough rim is ground smooth
Rim firing – rim is flame‑polished for a smooth edge
Chamfering – edges are rounded for a safe feel
Cleaning – surface residues are removed
Drying – products are hot‑air dried
Inspection – quality check
Perform finishing processes - decal printing, etching, sprayed color, etc.
Packaging – secure packing for shipment
Warehousing – ready for dispatch
